Melissa Marin

Hello and welcome! I’m Melissa – the Ring Leader of this crazy, unexpected life. I am a single mom to a wonderfully sweet boy with Autism. I’m a lifelong Brooklyn resident, working in finance by day, but a mommy to Logan and autism advocate 24/7. 

I hold a BA in Journalism and a MS in Healthcare Administration with a focus on Long-term Care and deep interest in Health Literacy. My son’s birth and my journey with Autism inspired my deep interest in and desire to promote health literacy. 

This life isn’t what I set out to build and has been full of many UNEXPECTED surprises along the way. Despite the obstacles, I manage to keep dusting myself off and moving forward. Thanks for stopping by and taking a moment to get to know me. I invite you to pull up a chair, grab a beverage (warm, cold or adult); maybe a snack and join me on my journey for a bit.
